Over 20 years of experience in construction and engineering consulting. Previously at Jeddah Municipality's Public Investment Department. Founder of Injaz Technical Engineering, NUC, and Injaz Al-Reyadi Consulting Engineering.

He serves as the CEO, Owner, and Founder of Injaz Al-Reyadi Consulting Engineering (IEC) and New Urban Creativity (NUC). He also serves as a Partner and Strategic Advisor at Injaz Technical Contracting — a British foreign investment entity — and is one of its founding members since 2015.

Eng. Munshi is a distinguished strategic expert in institutional development, specializing in building sustainable operational models, delivering architectural and engineering projects, security and safety systems, feasibility studies, and real estate investment and development strategies.

He possesses outstanding leadership capabilities in business development, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing institutional performance, backed by an extensive professional network spanning developers, suppliers, investors, and government entities in the Kingdom and beyond.
